βοΈ Air Conditioning (A/C)
<aside>
- Each room has its own A/C unit with individual controls β adjust to your comfort.
- For best results, keep windows and doors closed while the A/C is running.
- Please turn off the A/C when leaving the villa or when windows are open β it helps the system run efficiently and prevents condensation.
- Recommended temperature: 24β26Β°C (75β79Β°F) β cool, comfortable, and energy-friendly.
- If the A/C doesnβt start, check that all windows and doors are properly shut (some units have safety sensors).
- Avoid placing wet towels or clothing near vents.

π¬οΈ Natural Cooling Tips
<aside>
- Lefkada evenings often bring a gentle breeze β try opening opposite windows for natural cross-ventilation.
- Keep shutters closed during the hottest part of the afternoon to block heat.
- Open shutters again in the evening to let in fresh air and the sound of cicadas.

π‘ Lighting
<aside>
- The villa uses energy-efficient LED lights throughout.
- Please switch off lights when leaving a room or heading out.
- Outdoor lights:
- Soft terrace and garden lights make evenings magical β but please turn them off when not in use or before bed.
- Be mindful of nearby villas when using bright lights at night.
- Night lights: Small bedside lamps provide gentle lighting if you prefer not to sleep in complete darkness.

β‘ Electricity Notes
<aside>
- All sockets are European Type C/F (230V).
- Please avoid plugging in heavy appliances (e.g., hair dryers or chargers) at the same time in one outlet.
- Power cuts are rare but possible during hot summer days β lights and A/C will restart automatically once power returns.

πΏ Local Tip
<aside>
The island air cools beautifully after sunset β try switching off the A/C at night and falling asleep with just the ceiling fan or a soft breeze through the shutters. Itβs quieter, fresher, and feels like true island living.
